S-Cubed enables the collation of all internal, external, organisational, human resource and payroll data.
Once S-Cubed is implemented it provides immediate access to accurate, up-to-date information, not data. The built-in security features support multi-tiered access to data by field and system role. Therefore, general managers, payroll / benefit professionals and employees can be granted access to relevant information as and when required in line with security rights.
The S-Cubed reporting engine permits the generation of a number of report types, such as:
- Statutory Reports: Generate key legislative reports, such as Employment Equity, Work Profiles, Workforce Movements, Staffing Reports, Skills Reports, etc.
- Standard Reports: Generate standardised reports that summarise key information to fuel decisions, while requiring no time investment in report creation.
- Dynamic Reports: End users can, according to their user rights, develop any report by selecting the required parameters and generating reports which can be exported to Excel.
- Enterprise-class business intelligence: S-Cubed facilitates the use of any modern BI tool (Cognos, Proclarity, to be used on top of the S-Cubed data warehouse for all additional BI requirements).
